I take supplements regularly and have tried specific ones for hair, memory, skin etc. and results are slim to none. So, when i started researching for a supplement to help with memory and focus, these seem to have the best reviews. But i still didn't expect a whole lot. I am writing this review because i want to share with anyone else who wants to improve their memory and focus. Anyone who is frustrated at getting to be in their early fifties and finding they're not so on the ball as they used to be with remembering important errands, paperwork you've filled out, stuff you've read recently etc. I am so pleased at the results with these supplements. I have actually noticed that my recall has improved by a solid 20% and getting better. I've taken them for just over 3 months and noticed the improvement r after taking them for roughly 2 1/2 months. Being able to remember things has improved my confidence and helped with overall organization in my life. I am thrilled and will keep taking them.

I suffer from Hypothyroidism (Hashimoto’s). If I don’t keep it under control I experience infertility, frequent dizziness, headaches, weight gain, hair loss, and loss of normal brain function (I.e my memory gets really bad, I can’t put a sentence together as well, or articulate what I am feeling as well). I started taking this product because, while I have cut out gluten, changed my diet and began supplementing to erase my symptoms (as opposed to medicating with pharmaceuticals), I noticed my brain function not returning to normal. After the 1st day I noticed improvements!!! I remembered things I’d normally forget and I was not as mentally tired at the end of the day as I usually am. I noticed the effects of this supplement lasting several days, so I decided not take this on a schedule but more as needed. While it is more affordable than other nootropics I’ve researched, it’s still expensive so if I can save money by not supplementing everyday I’m happy to do so. The only comment I have is after taking this I was super, super hungry lol. Not sure if that’s a side effect or just me. Highly recommend regardless.

At 61 years old, I was starting to forget where I put things down, what I was about to do, and sometimes struggling to find the word I wanted to say. I selected this formula because I liked that it had many of the memory-supporting ingredients recommended, and none of the ingredients it is suggested to avoid. I had no stomach upset (which I do sometimes have with some herbals) and can take it on an empty stomach. I am halfway through my second bottle (so about 45-days), and definitely feel happier about my memory. Less frequent occurrences of forgetting where I put things down, can retrace my steps to often jog my recollection of what I was about to do, and can more comfortably and more often find the words I'm looking for. Is this a cure-all? NO! The memory lapses are NOT gone; my train still gets "derailed". But I definitely feel that the memory challenges are less frequent and it takes less time to put the "train back on the track". I felt some slightly positive effect after only a few days, getting more pronounced as time went on. Overall, I am THRILLED with this selection, so whatever the monthly cost makes it worthwhile. I did not select this based on price. Just keep in mind that my results may not be yours. Because it works for me, doesn't mean it will work for everyone. But I'd say this one is worth a try and give it at least 1 full bottle (1-month) to see if there is some improvement. Don't expect a magic fix or complete cure from any memory support formula.

Had been working remotely for almost two years. While I have human interaction on a daily basis with family and friends, I found that my short term ability was not at the level it was pre-covid. Now, was that related to change in schedule, change in work status, or related to beginning of aging, I don't know. What I do know is that I have improved short term memory which is what was greatly affected by Covid routine. I will also note, that while I am more alert during daytime hours, I find by the end of a 10 hour days I am ready to rest and fall asleep much faster, and revive fresher. This has been less than a month, but I posted this in case some others with similar goals were interested in trying.

I have taken a few different brands that say they they work. I have settled on these forms good (great actually!) I am 77 if they can help me, you will get results. From the first ones you take, there’s a coolness across the brain. You can tell they are working!! You will feel the effects! In your brain is making new connections or reviving the ones that you have lost.
